I would like to try the Hap Q, but the fader bug prevents me from doing it in my sets.

Modul8 2.9 alpha should be out in the next few days. It will correct the HAP Q bug.

it depends what you call "to use" ?!

You could create movie in after effects and the use them as media in Modul8.

You could use the http://tobiasebsen.dk/experiments/aesyphon/ After Effect plugin to export your AE viewport to Syphon and then use it as a Syphon input in Modul8.

if you want the knobs to send the same MIDI message in all the program set, then use the LPD8 Editing Software to set the same knob configuration (CC/Low/High) on all the program set. Look at page 2 and 3 of the LPD8 manual : http://www.akaipro.com/product/lpd8#downloads

we have corrected the thickness/divx/divy midi mapping issue, you should contact support [at] garagecube [dot] com to get a version of Modul8 2.7.1 that corrects this problem or wait the release of 2.7.2 that will correct this issue and others.
