I think I am going to go for the apc40 - I have to have the knobs, I decided.

I want to use Modul8 and Ableton Live 8 together. Do you think the Akai APC20 would a good controller for both of these programs? m Granted, I have not tried to do this yet at all, but my goal is to DJ and VJ at the same time and then go on to produce some of my own music for my visuals. Is there a plug-in type application that would take my direct output from modul8 so it could be streamed?

I have no experience streaming anything. i figured I'd have to project it and video tape it and stream it that way live.

Maybe this is a tall order to ask for. I don't know. I want to do a live set with a DJ that will be broadcast over the Internet. He would stream his set to the web site and I am wondering if there is a way to just stream my modul8 set without having to video and then stream what I am doing. If I can...
