Puchased modul8 two years ago and now suddenly it won't open..says I need my serial number.

None of my previous correspondance has my serial number.

No one from support or info is getting back to me and I have a show on Saturday night.

I am making a series of qt movies and all is fine...except it does not stop on it's own. I need to shut down modul8 to stop it

ok saw how to do this. seemed to work fine except the rendering stops right before it finishes. I tried this with several projects...all under a minute in length. thank you, I have tried this; the manual is not clear on using modul 8 to make qt for use in other programs aside from modul8
...only capturing from outsources--not directly making a qt

I looked in the manual. I could not find it. can you be more helpful? pretend I am a friend who is asking a direct question.
