hi yves, normal procedure is to open a driver settings dialog from within the VJ software, where one can select his preferred input. so this driver setting panel is somehow missing in Modul8 ... on the other hand, normally i can set an input with the Alchemy software itself before starting up my Vj ...

for the recording: why not simply record your mix with an external device, say DVcam? i prefer going that way all the time, even if the software *does* have a rec function. especially on the Powerbook you may want to save CPU for your performance instead of wasting CPU for disk writes - steeling fps...
