i feel like i am trying to do something simple... i want to map one video clip to many different keys on my keypad, change its pitch(speed) slightly for each key, and then "jam" as if i was playing a true "video sampler"... can this be done with modul8? i can't seem to figure it ...

i'm new to the software, but i've used other sampling and video-sampler software... when triggering a clip with a keypad key or a midi keyboard, there seem to be only continuous looping options, forward, alternating, and one-shot... but i can't seem to figure out how to make a clip play only when i'...

i'm trying to smoothly crossfade between group A and B, and swap the movie out of A while i'm on B, but the movie which is playing in the output window always seems to pause momentarily when i click on a new movie in the media panel... i admit i'm on a slow machine... a 3 year old 1.25 ghz G4 laptop...
