Is the Laser Master at 0% ? The beam preview stops when master level is at 0%.

Indeed, saving is disabled in demo version. Some people take a 1 month license for validating the tool. Not ideal but that's an option

I found your issue. Port 4000 is used by MadMapper for Sony Camera discovery. To use the port in another application on the same machine, you have to disable Sony discovery. There are lots of tools to make chase effects in MadMapper. Just using a simple visual like the "Line Patterns" one, playing with smoothness / tickness / speed / colors etc. gives a lot of possibilities. There is no such known issue. Could you send a mail to support[at]madmapper.com requesting for Matthieu with details of the issue and you project file ?

I can see laser visuals as option in MM 6.0. Can you confirm ?

MadMapper 6 will allow loading projects including laser visuals/surfaces/outputs without a MadLaser license (not loading laser parts of the project of course, but video & DMX etc; will be loaded)

Are you graphics drivers up to date ? This is the most common issue on Windows. If you have an nVidia GPU, choose the "nVidia studio drivers" (more stable than the "game ready" drivers) You can also update windows. There are no known issue with MadMapper / Direct3D output, except with buggy drivers....
