Plugging the 5D mk 4 into the computer via USB produces no such response.
Icon of computer shows on camera screen, but nothing happens. Only FaceTime camera is available in Madmapper.

Can you please explain? Is there some other software i need to download or have running?

I'm still confused how to get my camera to show up in Madmapper on my Mac OSX 10.14.6. I have a Canon EOS 5D mk IV. According to compatibility documents it is compatible with the EDSDK v. 3.6 But when i plug it in nothing happens. Is there any setting on the camera or in my laptop i need to adjust? ...
