speedChange 0.5 is online. The only thing is that I don't know how to control only one (the active) layer in this script. Now all layers at once are changing the speed. someone? with drawbot you can draw with python and export as pdf. It's a really good program for designers who wants to make 'random' illustrations or layouts.
