It would be great if I could figure out how to not make it fire on its own the first time. In other words is there a way to pause it on the last frame, and only trigger it from the beginning when I hit Restart? I'm not sure to understand your request, but remember you can add parameters that can be...
Here's a super simple solution to your problem: Create a new material with the following code: /*{ "CREDIT": "One Flash", "DESCRIPTION": "the material will flash white once", "TAGS": "flash", "VSN": "1.0", "INPUTS": [ {"LABEL": "Duration", "NAME": "duration", "TYPE": "float", "MIN": 0.0, "MAX": 10.0...
I would also use 3 DataPath Fx4 for a maximum of 12 outputs. We've already made a setup with 16 outputs using 4 Fx4 units and a PC and it worked great, with no synchronisation issue since all the outputs were driven by the same graphical card. Then, if you don't necessarily need perfect video-signal...
I've actually tried using my Blackmagic devices on M1 and while the drivers install without any error, none of the devices shows up in the System Preferences Blackmagic setup panel, and by extension in any application supporting it. Is there something special you did to get your devices to show up o...
Also, it happens that some dust gets stuck in the SD-card slot, and solving the problem is just about removing the card and blowing in the slot (it happened to me yesterday using a MiniMad that was unused for quite some time).
If your audio-track is not related to any of your video, I would recommand using a AudioPlayer module. You can create a cue that will trigger both the first video and the audio. Then you can use the cue playback feature to change media every-time the current one finished, and optionally stop audio p...
If you want some HD content playing at 50fps, you would more likely use MadMapper than the MiniMad. MadMapper can output to multiple displays at the same time, but since it lacks in-between-computers synchronisation, you'll need to send your signal 200m away, using video extender solutions. Another ...
The MiniMad has a single IP address, which can be chosen while exporting from MadMapper.
It can either be automatic (using DHCP) or Manual in which case you have to manually enter both the IP & the NetMask.
I don't understand your remark: Your IP setting example is confusing because you're using two IP addresses that are not on the same subnet (192.168.1.50 with 192.168.0.100 with 255.255.255.0 subnet when I believe it should be 255.255.254.0). But I wrote: For example, if you set the MiniMad to 192.16...
