    iconize new versions

    by Lupin » Wed Feb 07, 2007 5:49 pm

Hi since you changed the background picture of the modul8 folder, i think it could be a good thing you also change the icon for the M8 application (it's the same as the 2.03 version) and it could be also helpfull to add a Version number on it

We could have a competition for it. The person that designs the best test card and icon receives something. modul8 t-shirts? A license? Chocolate? A chocolate licensed t-shirt :D

Is the current Modul8 Testcard available in higher resolutions?

If you (the Modul8 developpers), have designed this current testcard in vector format (Freehand, Illustrator) you could send me the file and I could make updates at varying resolutions.

    Thanks.

and it's only the beginning, I'll update the software someday with other standard test patterns, but objective-c is not easy

    Wow, nice idea.

But, would it be possible top obtain the source vector file of your testcard because I realy need one in Modul8 at specified resolutions for testing purposes.

    Thanks and great job.

there is no vector file for what I've done, it's 100% code to fit any ratio... It's not that hard to redo it in illustrator, you should give a try yourself, then you can have exactly what you want...

    A competition would be nice!
You've got a program on the internet which can turn (not too complicated) images into vector's.
I can give you the name if you would like, otherwise google it (it's a project from a university)
