than i restart modul 8 , and check the filter , i can not see anything yet

You've got the windows version there. The .dll filetype is a giveaway!

The OS X compile has .frf

Get them from the Isadora site here:

http://www.troikatronix.com/freeframe.html

You'll have to copy them to your plugins folder, as the installer drops them in /Library/Application Support

Exactly .dll works only on windows.
