Do you think Modul8 + AppleTv will work ?

I mean 1 Macbookpro + 5 appleTv airport linked with Modul8 multi ouputs...

nope, it wont... this is not a video output but a streaming server like the "old" airport express for audio... And with this point, there must be a big delay between your mac and the output... Too bad for audio-visual synchronisation
