Sync with LTC (Linear Time code)

    by AZK » Thu Apr 05, 2007 4:42 pm

    Hi,

I was wondering if there was a way to connect modul8 to an external timecode generator to control clip triggering in modul8.

For a show i need to sync modul8 and other systems (lights, sound, etc.).
And last but not least, my clips will have a 1920x1080 resolution.

    Thanks for any insight.

    Cheers,

    Hi,

I have the same question (but it is Jan 2020). Was there any answer? Did you solve your problem somehow?

I've done an MTC mosule a few years back. Unfortunately, I can't upload it to the public library. It's not working. Probably because I'm still using modul8 2.9.2…

    Find the module attached.

I must say I don't really remember how it works but we used it to sync a Logic or Cubase timeline with a movie.
