i want to use my terratec cynergy dvbt stick with analog input
as a live feed for mixing in m8. i can see the input in eye tv
already, but how can i make it available for m8 ???

perhaps if anybody did this before, please let me know !

    thank u

I have never had the opportunity to test video input in modul8 using a USB based input device. I am not even sure if it's coded to handle that.

    Anyone try this?

if usb webcam will be what you mean by usb based video device, then it works as any other video input. maybe more latency.

I did something similar. It was a Canopus ADVC-110 Analog-to-digital video converter. However, it is a Firewire Device...

For analogue video inputs I use a 'Miglia Tech Director's Cut 2'
It works great, and it also has two analogue outputs (which don't work in M8 though)
And it is via firewire, which is best for transferring a video stream
