Hi....
Render to logical record it is not working and capture to disk it's working but not that great...? I just want to know why the logical record it isn't even highlighted , I am clicking on it and nothing.ANY idea's ,it is anybody having the same problems like me

sometimes you have to patient and wait for a while, then it starts

Are you clicking on the REC red button (right bottom of the main window) ? ?
If your "render to logical record" is not available, it's maybe because you do not have recorded anything yet. Press REC, stop, and your "Logical Record" is availabe in the menu.
