    PowerBook 15"
    1.33 GHz
    768 MB RAM
    7200RPM Hitachi Drive
    RADEON9700 64MB

The drive is a big plus. I will soon upgrade to a 1.6GHZ 128MB VRAM.

    12" Ibook 1,2ghz.
    1,25 gig ram
    80 gig 5400rpm HD
with monitor span hack for extended desktop.

This thing flies compared to my old Powerbook G4 667 DVI.

For control I use an UC-33 midi controller from evolution and a Imic for audio input.

    Quit a nice set-up for a student I think.

UC33? Cool! I'm thinking about buying that one. Can you recommend it?

    I love the UC-33.

Nice Faders to control the layers and a large amount of rotary controls. And no powersupply needed and really small.

    Powerbook G4 867MHZ
    649mb ram

    iBook G3 @ 700
    384MB RAM
    OS10.3.8
    Edirol PCR-30

Planning to purchase a Behringer BCR2000 to use with modul8 and a WD 250GB external HD, because my internal 20GB just can't do it anymore :P

Seems like I am the only sod who runs this in a G3 :D

In our AV set, we use to control modul8 with an Edirol UM-1SX MIDI interface connected to an Electribe EA-1 which sequnces video and one synth part.. The edirol is keychained in the MIDI line, and we use another computer with Ableton Live, as well as a gameboy (both these for music)
