Hi all

I need to do a ghosting effect on a live video input. I found a nice quartz composer effect. Now my problem. I also have to feed in other live video. So when i import the quartz composition with the dfg1394 as input source i can't use the dfg1394 in module8 as video input.
Is it possible that module8 and the qc can access the same video input at same time?

If not, i should have a ghost effect in the filter module. Is it possible to import a quartz composition just as a filter in modul8?

Or do you know a good ghost effect for modul8 for free?

its like a delay on some recent frames that continously fade out then. So moved object are on screen several times but with different opacity.

Just found the trace button!

Great. But the trace doesn't apply to my live input over dfg1394!!!

Any solution?

use chromakey to have your input a bit transparent on the background to make trace effect working
