Save filter Favourites to file?

Hi all,
Is there a way to save the filter favourites? i.e: the filters saved in the 1-5 buttons?
I was just going through adding and removing and somehow when i clicked between tabs while editing they all disappeared..?
I'd like to be able to back them up so i don't have to go through it all over again..
