    modul8 2.0 projection 15 meters x 3 meters

hi, i need help becouse i need to make a projection in theatre 15meters x 3 meters.
I use modul8 from few mouth.
I know that i have to use a matrox DUALHEAD or TRIPLEHEAD (i think to buy TRIPLE HEAD but using only two output)
    but
i don't know in which way i have to set my modul8 project.
    I have a MacBookPro 2.33GHz Intel Core 2 Duo with 3GB 667 MHz
i set my project with a output 2880x576 (15/3) and i use clip in mpeg h.264 (clip 2880x576).
but i'm not sure about this setting becouse my video is very slow and it is not fluid...
so what i have to do?

    1.)
Is your Movie Playing Fine in QuickTime Player?
Check your DataRate - if its over 50Mbits - you need maybe
a faster Harddisk - like external firewire800 is 4x faster then your internal.

2.) Maybe 2880 is too wide - there are performance limitations in quicktime
so we try to stay under 2800.

3.) the Advanced output setting could have one big clip with 2400 x 480.
i would recommend to work with a hight of 480 - this look also good on::
2400 x 600 on Matrox splitter. (because of graphiccard interpolation)

4.) what kind of framerate do you use?
matrox splitters only work on 60Hz so ypur movie is fluid on 30 Frames
with 25 its a bit "hakelig" stuttering every 24 frame.
but you could speed up your 25frame movie in m8 with factor
    1,25 to get on 30f.

5.) the mpg2 compression should be simple - no complex VBR hiqh bitrate.
a constant rate with 15 - 35MBit would be perfect - depence on your material.

thats all i can spread on my experience.

    good luck !
