Ive just ordered Modul8 for a new machine. need it for a gig later this evening, and wondering how long it takes for the credit card to be accepted. An email told me it wud be up to 4 hours, and no less than 24 hours. is this correct or are they just giving themselves a bit of room?

Hello,

If you ordered it by credit card you should have received your serial number already. Wire transfers take 4 to 5 days.

If you did purchase it with a credit card and it has not arrived check your spam box. Sometimes it gets stuck in there. If this is not the case then please email me at support [*at*] garagecube.com and include the email you received from our sales vendor Share-it.
