Hi I am new to Modul8 I have searched the codec threads but I don't have either HAP or PhotoJPG what codec should I use to render from Premiere Pro with that works best in Modul8?

Install the "HAP Quicktime Component" and it'll show up as an available codec within Quicktime. See https://hap.video/using-hap.html
I use quality of ~70 because it saved me some disk space and I couldn't see the different in my footage.

Also, I am pretty sure you have PhotoJPEG, you have to select quicktime as the format and then customize the quicktime settings to change the video codec to HAP, PhotoJPEG, etc. Once I found good settings I saved these as presets in the Premiere output widget. I don't have Premiere in front of me right now, so the exact words I use might be different from what's in the Premiere GUI
