multiple projection, poly-triggering

is it possible with a macpro w/4x ati 256mb 2600 hd cards to have one layer for each screen and trigger a discreet movie on each at the same time (in sync). I'm really looking to trigger 6 screens at once all with different media. Do you recommend a raid or will the internal sata be ok?
