Can I create a 10min video delay?

Hi folks,
Can I create a 10min video delay and them output as a sampled series of sequencial black and white stills after the 10min delay using modul8? I will be using 12 video cameras and a multiplexer to bring in live images at a gallery opening but I want to present on a monitor a rolling series of b&w stills at 20 second intervals from the camera footage, a bit like using a long strobe effect from an ol' school panasonic mixer. Its for a gallery installation.
