    [feature request] x-fading

by Jesper Fryd » Wed Jul 06, 2005 4:56 pm

just recovering from four days of non stop modul8 vj'ing.
    really love this app.

i did however come across one thing that would seem reasonable to change in the next update:
if i set a layer to crossfade, it will crossfade when changing layer content - but not when the layer is switched on/off.
wouldn't it make sense to have the layer fade in and out?

get a MIDI controller. Or, you could write a module that did an auto fade with the touch of a button. Should be pretty simple.
