Good Graphics Card for PowerMac G5

Alright, this might seem a little odd given that I've been using Modul8 for quite some time and that I've been around on these forums, but I need some advice. Here's the thing: I've always used Modul8 on my MacBook Pro, and before that my MacBook, and before that on my PowerBook (and with a Dual Head2Go at times). You get the picture--a laptop. Now, our company is opening a small club and I'm in the position of doing my first installation where a desktop is a feasible (and probably preferable) choice.
As price is somewhat of a concern, I'm probably going to go with a PowerMac G5. From that, I will most likely be running 2-4 1024*768 VGA projectors. Most of the stuff will probably be more along the lines of digital signage rather than something like super widescreen HD video, so we're not talking super intense.
But my question is this: what is a good, capable video card for the Powermac G5? Like I said, I'll probably need a couple of them so they can't be more expensive than the computer. Basically, I need something that will give me a lot of bang for the buck. So what are your suggestions?
