Hey man, I seriously wish you would consider Lividinstruments CODE, it has knobs galore with talckback. When you VJ a trigger button is a waste of space, especially since CODE knobs are buttons as well. CODE is expensive, but I do not believe it is overpriced, the controller is really well designed!I've been looking around for a midi controllers and found this
Akai Professional APC40 Ableton Performance Controller.
Has anyone had the chance to use it? and any thought on it?
I've personally used the MPD32 and its a lot of fun. im just thinking with the APC40 does it work like the monome pad? (except it has less buttons)
i have the Livid CNTRL:R but cannot customize the buttons the way i like em using their Livid Software "Editor"...One of the chaps that works for Livid was just telling me about their new elements design where you can customize/personalize the hell out of your controller. pricey yes but well worth every penny.
