Hey, I exported a set the other day, and really like an effect that has been applied. Yet, going back I can't figure out what I did to achieve it. I will post a link to video here. The effect I'm mentioning is this green artifact surrounding the dancing burlesque girl, almost glitchy, looks like something that would appear on a television, I think its the glow filter, but I can't replicate it; help?

resubmitting this, any ideas?

kinda looks like (ff) wave in the filter module to me probably with some chroma key action. just a guess tho.
