Is there any way to have interactivity in Flash files in Modul8? I think not directly. Perhaps in some roundabout indirect way?

I am thinking maybe you could have some small app write current midi controls to disk and have the flash file read those values? Dunno if it's possible ... anyone?

Yes. I'm very interested in that. It would require a full integration of a Flash interface with its output redirected to the final composition. Hopefully for the V3.0.
