hi, i have been working with M8 for 2 days now in preparation for a gig on the weekend. all of my clips are 320*240 photoJpeg and load almost completely into RAM on my iMac G5. the clips have been playing perfectly smooth until today, when suddenly they are playing back dropping frames? almost looks like extreme slow motion jumping to the next frame, althogh the PB speed remains the same. i have the memory settings for clips in prefs set to 256MB and 1024MB respectively. I have tried other settings but this seemed to work the best until today. (i have 2GB ram)

HELP!! can someone PLEASE tell me what is going on???

i can't play live with these stuttering tracks!
