Optimize for streaming

    Optimize for streaming

    I have just been tidying up my clips and wondered wether there would be any benefit (or not)
    in taking the 'Optimize for streaming - RFC2035 compatible' option when saving.

    It seems to make marginally smaller clips but does it help or hinder in any way
    for playback in M8?

    I never tested this option... So it is difficult to say if it really helps or not.
