once i had two layers. the first one strobed and when it was not seen layer 2 was shown in that time. that was a cool effect...but how have i done this? i dont find it out anymore. can anybody help me please?

Hi Lucy - there are a few ways you might have managed this but probably the most likely
might be to set-up your 2 layers one above the other with different images and for the top of the 2 layers
select the 'AUTO COLOUR' effect, then set the alpha slider (the bottom one) part way, and enjoy!
