I have just found a need for using different midi maps for different projects.
It seems that when I change from 'Use default configuration' to 'Use document configuration' under Preferences > Midi/key-mapping, that all preferences both midi and key are set to zero, blank - this means re-entering all my personal 'default' settings (most of which I will use in the new project) in order to make a small number of specific changes to each projects mapping.
Does anyone know if there's any way I am missing of having the 'base' settings for a document [I[start with[/I] my default settings rather than starting each time with a blank canvas?

Stumbled upon this myself the other day! I would like to have it sort of like in the old modul8... Having a global map that gets imprinted on all new documents, and if you have modifications incertain documents, have them loaded with the project as well.
