Is it possible to import a live feed from an analogic cam with an acquisiton device on USB 3.0 port ?
In brief, can I use something like this http://www.blackmagicdesign.com/products/videorecorder/ to import 3 analogic cameras in a Mac mini with 4 USB 3.0 ports ?

No, you can't.
This kind of stuff works only with BlackMagic Video Recorder, their software.
It's explained on BMD site.

Thanks for your answer valparaliso. So I finally decided to try to find a used mac pro and get PCI cards, it will be better I think.

has anyone here used an external thunderbold pci card slot with the datapath capture cards?
