I need help in four situations

Hello, my English is very basic. I'm using Google Translate to communicate with you.
I need help understanding some problems with the software.
First - When loading the video in the Media Set, some files are left with a red symbol. Why does it happen?
Second - When I start Modul8 takes to upload videos? What would be the problem?
Third - When I start Modul8 the first layer rises mangled, even saving the project for several times. Why does it happen?
Fourth - I have a Korg nanoKONTROL and connect the MAC commands seem crazy. When I open the video fader position is changed. I can not use. Why does this happen?
