You can download a set of ported freeframes from:
    http://www.troikatronix.com/freeframe.html

They all seem to work well except Luma offset, which will crash module8 2.5

Having the FreeFrame plugins available is such a huge addition to Modul8.
And I can also attest to the fact that LumaOffset is a guaranteed crashed.

Yes, do not use the LumaOffset plug-in. This plug-in is not stable.

Actually I find that you can do way more with pete's plugins than it's neccasary. I do not like to drown in numerous addons.

As in most things, there are a lot more available for windows?

Pete's plug ins are high quality though! :) A lot of interesting possibilities

Crashed it the other night using 3 layers of "Slide" (but that was pushing it.)

Quick nOOB question.. I downloaded the 2.7MB dmg Freeframe installer from the link above and followed the installation instructions.. All I could find afterwards was a receipt, no plugins, nothing else. Is there something I'm missing?

There is good way to add effects to your comp. Use http://b-l-a-c-k-o-p.com/ DotMatrix to add effects and get it to M8 as a video live input.
