New module: BCF2000 Endless Rotation (layer)

I just posted a module that makes use of the endless encoders on the BCF2000 MIDI controller. It makes it possible to rotate the current layer endlessly on each axis.
A good thing is to configure another midi channel on each encoder, since channel 1 (factory setting) collides with other (non configurable) MIDI equipment. I you're using the BCF2000 as your only MIDI input you don't have to worry at all, just plug and play.
