Jolt module uptdate

I've updated the Jolt module to 2.0 which includes rotation. It really makes the shaking look better. It also features another new function called "Return to pos". If you shut it off, your objects will not return to their original positions hence being left in a rumbled state.
Jolt is a rebuild of the original VIBRATOR-1 module from GarageCUBE. It gives you a better control over which layers to shake and how to shake them.
