why some modules cant use with 4KB size

    by proglime » Mon Sep 07, 2009 8:15 pm

as in online library some modules cant use after install
i save & reopen, click it, nothing appear, and i check the modules folder in finder, that all these modules are just 4KB.

    such as:

    Slide_Show_Bpm_v0 2
    MIDI_RELATIVE_EXEMPLE
    Filter (global) CINEMAUDIO
    (w)Sound FXMod
    (vs) Trailer Trigger (master)
    (vs) Synchronize (layer)
    (vs) recall LayerSetGroupAB
    (vs) Media To Layers (layer)
    (vs) CLEAR MediaSet (all)
(vs - sonicslice edit) Layer Sequencer 10x16 (master)

i am sure there must be more, but

i really need this one "(vs) CLEAR MediaSet (all)"

    can anyone solve this?
    thx

    Hi proglime,

which version of Modul8 are you using ?

When you install a Module from the online library, it should appear in your Modules|Show menu. Then, when you quit Modul8, it will ask you if you want to save it to disk.

You should have the right to write in the Modules directory AND there shoud be some space left on the disk.

So this 4KB symptom could be :
    - a problem while downloading the module from the online library
    - could be a disk full.

If the problem persist please contact support [at] garagecube.com to get an appropriate answer.

    Best regards
