I know this does not help, but I can barely tell that is Modul8 much less give answer as to which module it might be. It that the only picture you have?

The only module that I have seen that looks like this (and my memory about it is as good as this image) was a module that simply provided access to the sound knob of each individual layer. A very simple module to create that does not even necessitate scripts.

I think I just realized where this image was grabbed from. I know the person who is responsible for this module and will inquire about it.
