New: Watch Folder Loader module

I just uploaded the "(TMT) Watch Folder Loader" module to the Online Library. It checks for new files in a specified folder and adds them to Modul8's media set. Let me know if you find any use for it or if you are having any problems with it. I made this module mainly for loading video files. If you want to automatically load still images, consider using Modul8's built in function instead where you just drop a folder into the media set. The folder is treated as a video file where each still image becomes a frame.
