Hello,

I played around with the (AT) DMX Fixture (DMX) Module and have a question. I would like to trigger the on/off Button from the Module (AT) Strobe or Random Crop (I tried different Modules) but I cannot assign it with the Pick Function. Assignment of Functions from the Master Interface like Master Alpha works fine. Is it only possible to assign Functions from the Master Interface and not from other Modules?

. correct. you can only 'pick' from the Modul8 GUI, not from user modules


. in theory, you could add the ability for the DMX Fixture module to write to the sharedDict then update the destination module(or modules) to look for the values in the sharedDict and make act on the data
