Does anyone know where the Mapping Festival is in Geneva? I'm from London and wanted to know where in Geneva to plan my stay as i'm going for a week. Is Geneva Big or can I book it anywhere. It's just that I need to know if I can afford it.

Also how much is the festival? Is there a week ticket or do you have to pay daily?

I know that people may not know this but I wanted to ask the people who live there or have been last year.

The festival will take place at le Zoo (www.lezoo.ch) and le BAC (Bâtiment d'Art Contemporain) Both are in the Plainpalais area (city center), close to each other.
Geneva is quite small, and public transport are good, you can find a place to sleep almost everywhere.
For the price and tickets, I don't think this is already decided. You'll have the informations on the website as soon as the new one will be running hopefully ;)

See you there

it was a bit confused actually but usually the parties are 8 swiss francs before midnight (a bit more after, the usual price at le Zoo) each time and not much different for the performances. You'll have all these infos on the website too, don't worry, it's not an expensive festival but if you plan to spend more, feel free to contact the organisation team for eventual donations

The Mapping will take place also at the small Cinema "Spoutnik" at the same building of the ZOO / USINE.

And probably in some another secret places.

By the way the BAC is now attached to the Centre d'Art Contemporain Genève and will by a partner this year.
