Hi there -
I would like to come to the workshops given on April 18 and April 19 (at the Mapping Fest).
Is there a separate cost for these workshops, and a sign-up list?
Also, I only speak/understand German and English - will these workshops be given in French language only?
Last - I live in Zurich. Is there anyplace I can go to workshops in Zurich? I've googled around for information, but have found none.

I think the workshops are free entrance, but I don't want to say something stupid

For workshops in zurich, I don't know... There was the tweak festival in Technopark, there were some workshop there http://www.tweakfest.ch/

There is also a share node in zurich (http://www.share.dj) They usually do it on sundays but not every sundays, and I don't know how to get their mailing list...

for the langage i think it depend of the artist... like myself i will be doing it in french (i've asked the mapping gang and they said it's cool!), after all we are in geneva and myself i speak french (im from montreal, quevec).

BUT i will try to translate in english my presentation (keynote + pdf) so everyone can understand. anyway my stuff is very visual, about glitchism + circuit bending, not big theory here, just good old experimentation !
