about madmapper account

hello
I have some question about uninitialized MadMapper account.
my laptop was broken few weeks ago.I had to reinstall MadMapper again into my laptop that has repired. but
I didn't uninitialize when i reinstall MadMapper.so that my acount has been confirmed on MadMapper that i use to use.
now I cant use MadMapper on my laptop.
in this case how can I uninitialize of my previous account?

plese help me.



先日、mac book pro が壊れてしまい、再インストールを行ったのですが、
再インストールする際に、MADMAPPERのアンイニシャライズを行わなかった為
再インストールを行ったPC上で、madmapperのアカウントが使用されている状態になっており、
使用することができなくなってしまいました。
このような場合、どうしたら、以前のPCのアンイニシャライズを行うことができるのでしょうか?

they'll guide you through the process.
Include your serial number and machine name in the mail.
