Dual projections ?

Ok I have a simple problem but as yet I haven't really found the answer.
I have a scene that needs two projectors to cover the area. I can't see anyway of splitting the scene to two separate outputs through mad mapper ?
I need one half on one projector an the other on the second one.
I have a dual headed GFX card so in theory can connect two projectors to the computer but i'm just stuck on how to split and output the scene using mad mapper, is it because i'm using the demo perhaps ?

Thanks for the reply, thats the first video ever watched on MadMapper however unless i'm missing something obvious It doesn't seem answer my question.
I understand how to take textures into MM and output them using a single output however using multiple outputs isn't covered at all ?

After more research i've found using hardware you can split the output up into separate screens for multiple projections however a software function isn't present it seems ?

you do need multiple outputs or a widescreen output and a matrox to send video to more than one projector.
this is set in osx/systempreferences/displays
