So, I have a venue test on September 9 and 10 scheduled in NYC, were I was planning to test the MadMapper's Structured Scan and Mapping for a future project in December. The stage design is not trivial and I am not sure madmapper's scanning feature will handle it. The demo version, on the other hand is not supporting the Structured Scan beyond testing the camera connectivity. Let's say I buy the license, and then it turns out, I cannot use Madmapper. Can I get my money back?

The overwhelming 12 hours you gave for people to respond...
This is a support question so e-mail support...
Finally it's a whopping $300 for the software, not exactly pocket change, but not going to break the bank...
So next time, don't be so arrogant, ask nicely, and maybe someone here will take the time out of their also busy day, and assist you.


p.s... Also next time I would give yourself more then 5 days to learn a new piece of software. It's more likely going to be user error then software if the software works or not.
