toggle to play two videos at the same time in MM only ?

Hi Everyone , been trying to trouble shoot this for a while .
i have read in this forum that we can play up to ten video layers simultaneously in MM without using third party software like DVMX or M8.
i will like to have 1st layer as my frontal map and 2nd layer as my background map . And able to cue and playback at same time .
How can i do that ? Thanks much
