    How can I de-authorize Modul8 from a broken/stolen computer?

If you have the great misfortune of your computer getting stolen or broken and are not able to de-authorize Modul8 please read the following steps you must take:

    - Log into the Modul8 yourspace page using your serial number: http://www.modul8.ch/yourspace
    - At the top of the page you will find a listing of all the computers authorized
    - contact us at support [at] garagecube [dot] com
    - In your message please indicate which computer you need removed from the account

We try our best to respond to these messages as quickly as possible.

Please do not send us several messages if you do not receive a response immediately. It will reduce our ability to respond to quickly as we will have to clean up all the extra tickets generated.

As it states in the text above... please email us and we will remove the authorization for you. No... you don't have to buy a new one. :)
