NVS 810 any experience with 8 outputs?

    by Teunkneus » Wed Mar 13, 2019 10:58 am

Has anybody had any experience with this (NVS 810) GPU and madmapper?

I want a one pc 8 projector solution.

First thought about 2 gpu's or maybe three, but apparently MM doesn't really like it.

So Any idea's about a single pc 8 projector setup? (no matrox solution please)

I did tests with a nVidia 1080 and a powerful AMD (together) and had 8 fullHD outputs runnings fine, and up to 10 with splitters.
So there should be no problem with multiple GPUs if drivers are ok. But the simplest and most powerful option is to split the output of a good GPU using a Datapath FX4 (one 4k in => 4 1080p out)

Was this multi gpu on a osx or a windows machine?
I have a multi gpu on osx and this works flawless, but have heard that MM and windows with multi gpu gives some issues.

But thanks I think I will try a multi gpu windows system first.
