Hello,
I'm trying to use madmapper to control some pixels strips via artnet but I'm also trying to control some dmx fixtures.

On the DMX output preference panel I can only choose one at a time, so I'm lost on how to simultaneously use artnet and my enttec usb dmx pro interface.

macOS or Windows ? We haven't release MadRouter for Windows at the moment, but it's free for all Mac users (from yourspace)
One line in MadRouter will do the job: /dmxin/ArtNet-0/[0-511] => /dmxout/Enttec Pro (....)/[0-512]. You can do it easiely from presets.

you could use an enttec ODE that listens to 1 universe while your strip are on other universes. Artnet should be in broadcast mode.

@mad-matt: thanks for your answer, we are on mac. For some reasons we don't get it doesn't work. We do see the madrouter virtual device on madmapper DMXOutput. But the routing just don't work. Any idea ?

@sigmasix: thanks for the idea, but we plan to stick with enttec dmx usb pro.

Open the devices dialog (Cmd+D), be sure you activated the USB DMX device, and that the ArtNet device used is configured on the right universe number and on the right network adapter.

Hi Xavier,
Sorry we have a problem with the support server at the moment. Support team has to reply support tickets from the mail box, hard work.
I can't reply to your problem. But I can tell what you should check:

- in MadRouter, open the "Control Devices" dialog from menu Tools / Show Devices (Cmd+D)
1- select the "ArtNet-In-0" device and press "Device Setup" button, then check that you selected the network interface that is on 2.0.0.2 (where MM is sending)
2- double click the "ArtNet-In-0" device, it will show all channels. Check that the device is receiving data coming from MadMapper
3- verify that the Enttec Pro is started (check the box next to the device name)
4- double click the Enttec Pro and verify that values from ArtNet channels are correctly transfered there

The problem is somewhere in point 1-2 or 3

We checked everything and it is still not working.

We will replace the enttec with an artnet to dmx, so we can ditch madrouter.
